Can't watch iptv using smart tv

Hey guys so this is the problem I have used an iptv account from my local (indonesia) in samsung smart tv. However in yesterday, there was a problem with my isp so that i cant use the internet using isp for almost 6 hours. Then the isp got fix and i can use the internet normally again. But when i want to watch the iptv in samsung smart tv using either ottplayer or smart iptv, it always stuck in connecting. But when i use vlc, it streams normally.

Anyone had a problem like this in the past?

go into app settings and clear cache ... if still not working then clear data as well and renter your details again into the app

what exactly is the fail message that you get?

did you try to reinstall the app? maybe that could help

try change the DNS on your tv settings to 8.8.8.8 looks like the issue is on the tv connection if it works on vlc. did you use same wifi/internet for smart rv and vlc?
