Has anyone made a Catchup Chart like the following? If not, I am willing to do so

If not already available, I am willing to do a chart for only providers that include catchup, with the following information.

Provider Name

Number of Catchup Channels (If I can break out by HD/SD that would be a bonus)

Number of Catchup Channels as of Date

Catchup Retention Time

Connection Cost per Month (Maybe so 1, 2 or 3 connections)

I'm open to adding other categories if you all think it would be beneficial.

If anyone is willing to help, please respond with the provider, any of the information below that you may know, the source of the information, a screenshot or some way for me to verify.

Need available catchup categories for each provider with check boxes, i.e movies, sports, locals, documentaries, etc. Also, EPG accuracy of recordings is important to me however I'm unsure how to chart that among providers.
