I have an IPTV subscription and the device I am using is Smart IPTV for an LG. Is there a way to check the FPS of lets say BT Sport as I want to know if it is actually 50FPS. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to check for FPS? I also use IPTV Smarters. Thanks
on smarters , select that small 'i" when you select a channel , you ll get all info
Do you have a info button that shows channel resolution eg 1920x1080. It should also show you the hz frequency. 50hz means the channel is 50fps. 60hz is 60fps and so on.
Ive got hisense tv and when app is running i cant view any info on my tv. Might work for lg tv.

I cant remember but there on android was a app not only showing the fps but the bitrate as well GSE smart iptv on my ipad has the full info option, but is showing only fps ,
I was using SIPTV for a while, but I moved away from it because not only did it not have the stats for the channels playing, it was 'clunky' to use. I've since switched to a Fire TV stick (2nd gen, so non-4k) and hands down, best decision I ever made.
...and after trying out Smarters, PP, and TiviMate - I agree with u/verdunclelarry that TM gives you al the stats right at the channel level, so would def vote you find a way to use TM
I'm not sure for that app but in Kodi just press the letter 'o' key on the keyboard.
