Xtream-editor deleting accounts?

It's been almost 3 months with this story, I create an account and gets regularly deleted, I'm not even using it right now, but I'm registering everytime just in case I need it.

The point is that after a few weeks, the account gets always deleted and I have to register again. Of course no answer from the support.

Is this a normal thing for Xtream?

Is it possible they’re just pruning free inactive accounts?

I have two accounts with XE and both have been perfectly fine for over a year.

they always respond to my support request within a few hours.

Just ask your provider to add you to there xe saves you keep doing it

Not normal for them. My account is rock steady.
