Create IPTV Server

I want to create an IPTV from my PC with contents from the PC. Only a few device on the local network will connect to it. Is there an application/software where I can just import media and it will create an EPG and export an m3u link. This is a self hosted and only on my PC.

This is only for me. I do not wish to share it. How do I try to achieve this? Is this possible?

I’m after the same to be honest. I would like to set up my own 24/7 channels and fill with things I actually want to watch. Then stick the m3u on my enigma2 boxes.

There's a Kodi addon called PseudoTV Live that does this. I have not run it in a long time, but it will certainly do this. And it creates an EPG within the addon. You are wall gardened to using Kodi though.

What is PseudoTV Live? PseudoTV Live acts similar to normal broadcast or cable TV, complete with multiple preset, user-defined channels and a EPG. Apparently, .9x is not released yet, but he is working on it. The dev does nothing quickly, but in fairness they are doing it as a labor of love and not getting paid to develop it. I would create channels based on movie and tv genre and some for specific shows and it would group them and just play everything on that channel. EPG worked perfectly too. As I said earlier though, I haven't used this in several years so I don't know how it works now.

This makes no sense. IPTV is for live TV streams. If you want to just stream your local media (no live TV) then look into something like plex or kodi.
