Been unable to login all day...submitted a ticket but I'm trying to figure out if it's down for everyone or there's just something up with my account.
Edit: They had to "re-create" my account but I'm back online. Support was great.

Working here but had a increase in odd issues lately. Otho g was working for me the other day as well
Side question about Helix... Can anyone check if their 24/7 Saved by the Bell(only sound) works? Or 24/7 shrek? And I believe Friends as well. Those are of top of my head that never work.
Otherwise Helix has been great for me. Just catchup for some Champions league has been a bit iffy with no sound on one and the forwarding/rewinding a bit annoying at times.

Try submitting a support ticket on your portal page. That'll be more useful than here.

how do you guys pay for helix, their payment gateway rarely works for me.
I have to wait for the moons to align and then pre pay for a bunch of months up front.
