GSE IPTV is the best I found so far..
Check out Flex IPTV. I use it on Apple TV and it's also available on iPhone. While watching a channel you can swipe left and right and one side will bring up the channel categories while the other side shows the program guide of the current category. This is while the channel is still playing in the background. I don't hear people talk about it much but I really like it. It does cost a few bucks but well worth it, IMHO. *Edited for spelling

I currently use GSE iptv on my iptv007 sub and it works well , check with your provider if they recommend something for you
I use IPTV Smarters (do not pay for pro, never seen an ad once on it) but also use web as that is best player when on my iPhone. Maybe check to see if your provider offers a web URL

I like GSE but has anyone else noticed that after watching a channel for a while it will become out of synch audio?
I just use the iptv app (android not sure about iOS) just add your m3u link and EPG link and it'll sort it all for you. Can also pick multiple players.
IPTV Smarters (the premium version, pay a few bucks to avoid ads) is the best I’ve found for iOS. It supports catch up, unlike GSE, and groups the VOD titles in a separate category from the live channels.
