I've been using a 'vendor' for quite a while now say 6 months. I've just become aware that my ISP in UK could be detecting that I am streaming from an IP (vendor) - realisticaly what are the chances that TalkTalk are watching me using IPTV?

I've been using a 'vendor' for quite a while now say 6 months. I've just become aware that my ISP in UK could be detecting that I am streaming from an IP (vendor) - realisticaly what are the chances that TalkTalk are watching me using IPTV?
I couldn't get a VPN working on my LG webOS TV. The only work around is to use a VPN router such as an Asus RT-AC86U which allows you to choose which devices use the VPN and which bypass it and your VPN provider should support OpenVPN for best results. Its not easy and requires a bit of work.
I have VPN for webos Phone. what's different between webos phone and LG webos.
You can't setup a VPN on an LG smart TV.
