Maybe get a trial of another service and see if it happens then. Maybe your service is acting up today.
Downgrade the firmware, for me the January firmware update causes same thing. Have to go back to inner portal and manually choose the older firmware, and also I turned off auto updates
Reset the box plus the newest firmware for mag is having big issues.
