That's a subjective question, you just have to find something that works for you. Also depends on the device itself and how it handles certain codecs and streams. PrimeStreams has 50/60fps and sports. Eternal isn't bad at all, AlienStreams is also nice.

For example, not all providers will have international channels or VOD.

I don't think it matters what device u have if a provider is good . A bad provider will suck on every device. You should say whether u want english, spanish, european or asian or all
