I have a mag 54. Occasionally my aspect ratio would look off. I found that using the 'fit on' setting has the best all around settings. Hope that helps!
Do you have a smartTV? If so you should be using Smart STB instead of a Mag box or any other box for that matter.
TV mode on normal and not on wide or zoom? Sorry...very introductory answer, but that’s step number one is to check aspect ratio on tv.
