I resell both Beast and Crystal and they both have 60fps sports. Are there any particular ones that you're missing or trying to find?
How can you tell that 60fps is actually 60fps? I have few 50fps channels.

You're highly misinformed.. PrimeStreams is it's own source and not a rebrand. The owner that runs it name is Daniel. Never even heard of electron...the only rebrand I'm aware of is AlienStreams. You may have found a restreamer that combined a bunch of services because we RARELY have buffer issues...No IPTV is perfect but we have about 20 servers across the US to prevent that issue and handle the bandwidth and customer load. Good luck in your search though.

For 60fps sports my number 1 pick has to be smoothstreams. Subscriptions are closed I believe though. You can also try virtue streams which is open. The ówner tries his best to get 60 fps streams.
