Well cutting cable, with 5 people in the house and each have laptops, and possibly for 2 boxes? Also is it necessary to buy another box or can I use an app to stream on another tv? I’m pretty new to this so just figuring everything out as I go
I have an older night hawk (r7000) and it's easily the best wireless I've ever had. I can't imagine the newer ones being worse but do your homework on smallnetbuilder.com
AC 5400 is pretty good would recommend I have it. And would also recommend ASUS than other brands therefore their interface.
you can run iptv on your laptops using bluestacks (android emulator) then use you favorite iptv apk. I am a fan of iptvsmarters.
How much traffic are you generating? That router is overkill for just iptv
