Can't connect to IPTV anymore

Hi everyone

I need help with something. I've been so frustrated with the mini lags that seems to appear from time to time. I wanted to take the matters in my own hands and I tried to update it. It seems that the update didn't work and nothing in it works anymore. I don't know what to do anymore and I'm at loss. I can't find any reliable sources due to the fact that there isn't anything about the box that I could find about. So I'm tempted to do a factory reset. The reason that I don't want to do that is because I bought it from a friend that worked with me before, knew a guy that could hook me up with the box. I bought it and he had already fixed everything for me. I don't know the impact of what a factory reset could do so that's why I wanted to ask if there is any other solution for this.

I tried to connect it but the connection for IPTV just had the status from "Connecting..." to "Data validation error".

The box I'm using is: Five star H-9500

Factory reset erases everything (data, logs etc) from box (expect factory apps). Cant find any info "Five star H-9500" maybe some chinese box? Like harpdogg1 said/ask more info which app you´re using. And what i think also is that your account is expired or even worse situation is that iptv provider vanished.

sounds like your account expired. data validation is your user and pw and url. Some providers are stopping service so that could be an issue. Five star H-9500 i did a google and a ebay search and nothing so I assume it is a android box. so more tails like your app that u are using. Let us find the problem ok
