Using real name/billing address for subscription

by beeefy54

I recently signed up to a service and was wondering how many of you use your actual name/billing address for your subscriptions? Do you pay via CC, PayPal, crypto or something else?

Any risks to using my actual identity on a subscription in mainland Europe?

Fake name. email, address etc. Use fake PayPal funded with gift card purchased with cash at grocery store - wearing sunglasses :). Make all transactions using public wifi if you do not have vpn. All above is easy to do and gives a VERY high degree of anonymity.

Aren't they cracking down on the football (soccer) streaming in Europe? That's what would concern me.... Are end users being prosecuted? In the USA I've never read about an end user being prosecuted. That being said, I generally try not to use my name/address/cc and always use a VPN for precaution.

Only thing I would not do is a CC payment. fake email or address is standard too.

Paypal only for me, Im in Europe, no need to put any real info, name, address, no need, sub info comes to your email, thats it, actually I just pick a random country, and fill in silly info till forwarded to paypal. I never pay with Card directly nor enter any card details on any website of sellers.

Use a fake name/address - Obviously use real email for correspondence. I don't think the Law will ever be able to crack down on end users but just to be safe.

I hear Europe is more strict than NA though..

I live in Russia, so I can write real data) But only if I do not buy Russian IPTV. Europeans are being punished for pirated TV, as far as I know, so it’s better to hide
