Trying to setup my dad with Vader but for some reason his login isn’t working... he used PayPal and all got an email saying he’s good to go but it won’t allow him to login everything is typed in correctly... when I try to watch on my phone it won’t let me login and it says not secure any help? Thanks!
Are all the capitals, capitals? Including the username?

Double check that the fields are correct it is case sensitive otherwise contact your reseller and they will be able to assist you and reset your password.
Double check the password that was sent in the email. Sometimes if that password is in use they will add a 1 to the end of it.
Test UN and PW on Vader webplayer. Just jumped on and Vader is up and running fine.
