Hello everyone,
The app stopped working a few weeks ago. Instead of starting, it only showed a white screen, I could neither return nor exit and had to turn off the TV.
I thought I'd try reinstalling and deleted the app but unfortunately, when clicking on the app in the Smart World window, it shows the white screen again.
Has anybody had this issue and found a way to successfully get it working again? I'd appreciate the help.
The TV model is LG 55LN5758 (2013).

use ssiptv instead of smart iptv app or smart stb (u need a portal instead of m3u)
smart iptv app is not optimized for LG
Smart stb runs fine on LG. I've dropped all my boxes for it
Mine is doing the same thing. I did the initial settings reset and still doesnt work.
Try the smart-STB app. It s alot more user friendly layout of the TV stations too. 7 day free trial. If you email your TV mac address the guys at iptvfuture.com can configure it for you.

Thank you all very much for the advice. I used the factory reset and the apps can now be installed again. Unfortunately to be able to install them, I need to log into the LG account, but it keeps saying 'wrong ID or password'. I'm using the same e-mail and password that i registered with on the LG website. Sigh..
I had a similar issue but with Netflix on my smart TV. Eventually just factory reset the TV which fixed it.
