Android TV box auto shutdown

Question

Looking for an app that I can install that will automatically shutdown my android box. I would rather have something that would auto shutdown after say 3 hours of being turned on.

Preferably would just like to set once and have it turn off the box 3 hours later everytime we turn the box on.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Mibox turn off if left without use and if CEC is on the TV it will turn off TV  later too.

Do you have root access?

I think so cause when you turn off your TV with remote the box turn off too cause they are connecected with CEC
