I am looking in to purchasing this box to be able to watch TV without a cable subscription.
I have watched a few set-ups for it and for mytv they input a "portal" but don't say anything about what this is. Can I get an explanation?
Also, can anyone tell me what the sports channels look like for it? Specifically ESPN, CBS Sports, Fox Sports and SEC Network. Thank you!
you can add few apps that are free and can watch them for free, only drawback is that it is not always working. Your chances improve when you get IPTV service.
The app that comes with this looks the best imo which is why I want to get one. I was thinking Nvidia Shield or Mi Box because they’re “proper android” but this UI is beautiful and resembles a proper tv experience for me
you don't really need an expensive box.. and there is no free lunch of tv buying the box.
The Apps are pretty much free such as IPTV smarters or IPTV extreme pro apps on android.
the TV part you still have to pay for .. just do a search on ebay for iptv subscriptions or google search for " iptv subscriptions " and get a free test and enter that info into the app and see which works best and has channels you want.
A portal comes from an IPTV service.
