Reminder: There is still no evidence that Vaders was raided/served with legal paperwork/whatever, suggesting that the official story is bullshit.

Vaders is dead. We all agree on that. But, it's extremely strange that none of the major anti-piracy bodies are publicly taking a victory lap. They all do that, all the time. The usual complaint driving these investigations is the Premier League. The league goes after IPTV providers directly sometimes (massive invoice and demands, etc) and much more often by sticking local law enforcement on the provider. The league does the leg work of the investigation and hands the information over to the actual police, which deal with the situation fairly swiftly. So, if that's the case, that's what happened here, why isn't there a blog post on Premierleague.com? No bragging about the takedown? They do that for each major bust. No tweets from police forces, taking credit?

The story involving the ex-admin and snitching and sentence reduction is visibly nonsensical. Vaders people wouldn't be in a position to know what the ex-admin was doing. The story about servers being seized and stuff is also nonsense - Vaders wouldn't know about that in advance. Authorities don't announce their intention to seize your equipment and just leave you at a computer to wipe the unit before they can seize it. That's not how any of this works. Admitting to the event after the fact is almost more absurd than the actual claim. Just giving the authorities a free crime to charge you with.

If Vaders was raided, was served or whatever, that's one thing. They put up a good fight. If they are just feeling the heat and what to get out, that's fine with me personally. If they want to run with the money and fire up a new service in a month or two, that's another thing.

Vaders wasn't Flawless. They weren't Fab. They were by far the largest paid pirate IPTV service. When the end comes for a service like that, it involves people in handcuffs, not an invoice from sports rights-holders and some questionable decision making with destruction of evidence and whatnot.

Bottom line: Vaders should release the legal paperwork that they were provided, if anything involving law enforcement actually occured. If an actual case was brought/a raid occurred/a process server showed up with documents that say 'FA Premier League' at the top, we're going to know about it soon enough. But I doubt any of that happened, because the victory lap would be occurring now. Vaders.tv would be pointing at some 'this domain was seized' page.

Agreed, sounds more like a poorly executed exit scam.

Counterargument: why in the fuck would they want to give up their #1 spot? It takes so much time and effort to become a well-known brand in a world where you can't buy traditional advertising. If they were making the kind of money rumoured around here, they have so much incentive to keep the gravy faucet on for as long as they can

etrain1

Interesting that I can still ping all their servers.

Take the money and run, rebrand, and re-emerge, rinse and repeat.

hacktek

All of their system seemed to be customized, no vanilla xtream codes like everyone does. If they do re-emerge it's going to be relatively easy to tell it's them from a technical standpoint. That, or they sell their software to others which by itself would prove they exit scammed.

RockIslander2018

These type raids, if there a raid, usually involved anton pillar orders with associated gag orders for a period of time after so not hearing anything this soon, is really not unusual.

Proof...

They were served. It was because of VOD.

Avoid any provider that offers VOD, streaming 24/7 channels are different from VOD.

digriz60

Probably exit scam, then phishing by pointing people to Nitro "just use your username and password" for the free account that was rescinded yesterday. But, let's be honest, we're dealing with pirates.

That's why you should never pay for more than a month at a time.

Interesting read mate

So very true on all accounts...

Man this thread is packed with a boat load of speculation and zero proof ... Lol

RIP Darth Vader

EX-PIFF-DANK

They took your last payment and bounced.

miamiBOY63

If the person has that little bit of stuff on Vader's that means they should have the whole so-called CND order or indictment release it all or just stop insulting our intelligence

raidr1958

As of May 5th: Urgent: if you were a reseller, please part from all Vader related groups and wipe all conversations with Vader associates. ASAP.

Babalugat

I never believed they were raided, They had planned it from a long time ago and started executing it a month+ before.

Somebody posted in a thread here telling people not to chargeback etc.

If I hadn't paid bitcoins I would have. They took money up to the night before they closed up, To me that is worse than anything else they could have done. There are thousands of exit strategies, an easy one could have been to start by saying they were full.

The comment by 101-KvSR in the Vaders shut down! thread was probably upvoted by resellers. It should have got downvoted to oblivion.

Fbgm26

I have nothing to add to this other than these fuckers were the absolute worst and got some of my money before i ultimately gave up so this is no surprise to me

badleaders

Its simple my friend ! vaders went so big and there quality and service became bad , i was using vaders few months ago before i switched to iptv007 , there reputation was so bad already , so the best way to run away with the money is to make this fake story !

they still have the servers and the power to comeback with a new service , new brand , new image , make some millions again from new users and old vaders users ....

miamiBOY63

I read the article about Vader's and in the article it mentioned that they were not going to give up customers information or the database or whatever but I know and most of you know at least I hope you know that if the feds are involved they don't send you a letter or politely knock on the door and tell you that they're going to be raidng you tomorrow or the next day they come in unannounced or break down the doors and they take all the shit right there computers and all so they don't have to give it to them, now if they have it password protected more than likely the Fed's can break the code and if not they just get a warrant and these people will end up like all the other rat bastards giving it to them because from what I know of people in that industry or any other industry similar basically any other industry other than the streets (and even there) most people are rats / snitches they want to do the crime but not do the time and I can guarantee you that if they give whatever information they have it will help them and if they don't the feds will bury them I'm not saying this because I know ;-) but we'll leave it at that I hope the story isn't true I hate to see anyone get busted for doing something like this especially when there's real crime going on out there
