Signed up for nitro IPTV, works on web player and iOS but couldn’t figure out how to set it up on my buzz tv, I was with Vader’s before and they showed me how. The customer support for nitro is garbage so I’m asking reddit :)

As other's have mentioned, you would need both mag and m3u. I offer Beast and Crystal and both offer those solutions if you're interested in checking them out. I also promise better customer service too :)
If you want customer support, you should go to a “mom and pop shop” of iptv like https://panopticstreams.com . Sorry I couldn’t answer you direct question, however, I do not know the answer.

Im assuming since you are logging into the web player that you have a M3U based account (login/password style). BuzzTV app uses MAC based subscriptions only.
You will need to use a M3U based application such as TiviMate/Perfect Player where you can enter in your M3U URL as well the supplied EPG URL to watch.
