I've always gone with resellers due to getting better customer support when there are issues. Not saying I've had bad experience with any direct sellers, but from reading posts, seems sometimes certain sellers can be dicks or not helpful.

You can get better deals with resellers. Most resellers don’t have 1000s of customers, so if you need a connection reset, they can be pretty quick.

Diff channel line up. All servers are diff in there own way.

Anyone heard of a Pyramid scam. Eventually it all falls down because the ones at the bottom can't hold up the top so when the top quits the pyramid callapses. I can't believe how many people want to be on top but have no idea how to or what the risks are. remember satellite tv. The owners of the sats left it alone and 10% was acceptable. Once it went over that, they released the dogs and all legal hell broke loose. Then it was IKS and now IPTV. Greed Greed Greed.

I've run thru a few providers and here's what I've experienced (again, this is only my experience)...

• 'Some' resellers may charge more than going direct, but not too many (I've found most are like-for-like)
• Resellers help pick up the slack with support in that, instead of them trying to deal with/answer every customer, they have a close relationship with their resellers to jump in and do this - more resellers means more spread out support base offered*
  • I found for one in particular (if you've used them,you'll know who I mean) they have great solid service, but their direct support channel is very rude and condescending at times - especially to newbs. I switched to a highly recommended/known reseller because of that, and the support has been stellar ever since

I also currently have one provider whose service is not only great, but doesn't have/use resellers (yet), and the support is awesome

A few months ago.i didnt know what resellers was what the fuck you chatting. And get access to main panel that's not servers or anything else 100 people.need a reset then its will.be due to servers mate think and they dont get full access to panel. None In there right mind will.give a resell full admin cp access

The Big Guys have no time for you , there time is only to count there money ...i used to have beast since they started , i think thy even sent me birthday wishes back then , after they become big its easier to get in touch with bill gates than getting in touch with them ! My current sub is cloudspal I don’t care if there are in the first line or resellers big or small I just hope they stay with the gr8 service and streams they are offering. , this is the reason why i get a monthly plan , this way i can switch any time i feel they will be like beasts or Vaders

Because a great reseller (like u/jcast356 for Beast) will take care of you when things get weird. I far prefer a great reseller to the company directly.
