Unable to download "m3u" on windows PC?

I have an IPTV subscription. I have an "m3u" URL which is right. I am saying that URL is right because when i use an android app named "IPTV smarters pro" on my android smartphone to play , it opens and tv channels.etc. works like charm.The problem is when i try to paste m3u URL in any web browsers on my PC and then hit enter an error occurs. Remember i told earlier that URL is right because it works on android smartphone without any problem. But i want to play and watch live tv + VODs on my PC and for that i am unable to download m3u. What is the problem?where is the problem??Anyone plz tell how to resolve this problem.?any suggestions .etc.The errors which occurs is written below:

You sure you have the full m3u url? does it look like this? http://domain.com:port/get.php?username=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD&type=m3u&output=ts

Are you on VPN? Some providers block them.

So you're either doing something wrong, or you tried downloading it in the UK during an EPL match

Did you try downloading the M3u URL on your smart phone?

If the Smartphone mobile network works but not the network the pc is on then your IP is block.

If you have VPN you can use it to bypass the block but if the provider does not allow VPN, the only other solution is Copy your IP and send it to the reseller or provider and ask them to unblock your IP
