Subscription end issue on IPTV Express

Anybody else has been getting subscription end message even though they have time left on their sub? I got this message a few days back and it stopped working all together today. Any ideas on how to get it running again?

You have to contact your reseller because they have to reactivate it because of the server issues they had 2 months ago

avoid express. they will be down again and lots of resellers will lost credit again
