I'd found (and posted) this in other threads over a month ago, so FYI...
"Saw an article on 'aerialview.tv' site (don't like linking sites as a JIC - just do a lookup for 'SmartIPTV app has been banned' and you should find it), and Samsung (and possibly a few other TV brands soon to follow) has set their updates to remove, and ban, SIPTV.
Is due to a Spanish media company (MediaPro) accusing the "app" with infringement. Samsung tried to contact/explain that's not how this app (or any app) works, but they just blasted out the accusation, then ignored/refused any further correspondence, so SS just took the safe road and went with removing it, so you prob won't find it offered anymore on the store. If you still have the app, it WILL work, but for how long... (???)"
It has been removed long time ago
