I have been using Epic Stream using Simple PVR for about a year. The EPG is very accurate and picture quality is very good.

Any provider works with that.

They ALL do! It's a matter of setting it up yourself. Not all providers are familiar or will support it. More feeds/content = longer load times. Keep it simple.
