Switching providers? How to

Currently have Helix for my Formuler Z8

First of all, Helix is great. Just curious to see if anything rivals it and want to try out some other services (looking for champions league/sports/movies/24/7 and ex yugo). I'd give them a solid 8.5/10 though

Bit of a beginner question but -Do I just request to cancel via email and then get them to remove my MAG(MAC?) address? -How does it work with constantly switching back and forth? I presume these providers don't like it when people do that?

It depends on your reseller if they auto renew you. If you're not going to another helix reseller, you can have your Mac on other services. But if you do plan on going back to helix, it's best to ask them to delete it.

Why even remove it? You have a Formuler Z8, it supports a handful of services at a time, add a second and try it out and cancel the first if you like it. I've got a Z7+ and currently looking for a second service to replace Vaders and a service I recently am not liking. So going back to fresh start. LOL

The problem lies in trying to go with a different reseller of the SAME service, which doesn't sound like you're doing as you want something new, so shouldn't be a problem with the same MAC as long as it's a completely different service.

As long as u have MAG box, you can add 8 active sub at same time unless u r trying same service with different reseller....if u wanted to try our PM me ur MAC will set u up free trial
