There's no such thing as a jailbroken firestick. You can certainly use a firestick for IPTV, but you have to use an IPTV app and get a subscription with one of the many providers available out there. Expect to pay $7 to $15 a month for access.

I'm going to guess that perhaps you're referring to buying a Firestick that has Kodi already pre-loaded and configured with various add-ons.  That was pretty popular in the early days of Kodi, but not sure how widespread it is now.  Best bet would be E-Bay for stuff like that.
