Both my TV and tablet are working on the same Wi-Fi modem. I watch German TVs for my foreign language education but for three months I can not watch the TV channels from my LG smart TV ;it says "cannot connect", but my iPad works fine with these channels. Is there a way to fix that? I use smart iptv for LG smart TV, and gse smart iptv for iPad. What seems to be the problem?
look into Jellyfin which is like plexx but will broadcast to your tv
I had the same problem in my LG smart TV, it was solved after I disabled IPv6 option from the WebOS network settings... still not sure why it was affecting only the IPTV apps while everything else was working fine!
Ditch the built in TV apps.. get a dedicated device.
You can also send a local M3U playlist to the SMART IPTV application.
Are we talking about the same thing here? I mean the SMART IPTV app that you can run on e.g. Samsung and LG smart tv’s. On their webiste ( https://siptv.app/mylist/ ) you can load your channel list and EPG credentials. The playlist can be added as a link (URL) or by uploading a local .m3u file containing stream links.
