The only service that offer UHD "Iptv" is fubo.tv and that's only for specific events. Not one illegal iptv service reliably offers UHD so I would just forget it or pay for fubo.tv.
Probably just trying to drum up business for another crappy IPTV service by pretending to be a user
do you have a sample from the contents of the m3u playlist? the hostname of the stream urls, the name of the channels and the combination of services provided could help you identify the provider
The ip address is for a hosting company called worldstream.nl . They are a very popular hosting company for new iptv restreamers. So that url could be for any number of services that use that hosting company.
Why not ask the person that posted the test stream? A quick Google search shows that Tekno Shop GSM is some international mobile phone store. I guess they're no less reliable than a random stranger you meet on Reddit offering a service.
