The beauty of Xteve is that you can combine multiple iptv channel lists (remote and local) with multiple EPG sources. Get a few trials and test how they work with plex. Some IPTV providers will allow only one connected device. This makes recording and viewing simultaneously in PLEX impossible.
Helix works well with Xteve/Plex
I use ResoluteD . U.K. based and provide a m3u link that’ll work with xTeVe on Plex
