Any idea what the issue could be? The app doesn’t load past the “downloading channels, movies and series” screen. I’ve tried all the reboots, hard resets and clearing caches etc.

Also, I recently switched to Now Broadband for my internet, could that be an issue? I’m VPN’d up of course.
