I'm currently using genzee tv for $30 a month. Its has 4 devices and has little buff but they have an ip lock. I really like the so player ui as well.

Others that use soplayer are cheaper than $30 a month. dreamstreams, Vustreams, logicstreams to name a few.
Tivimate is a nice visual app that you can use if the provider you choose offers M3U. I use primestreams and xfirestreamz (xfirestreamz has been buffering a lot more as of recently)
