EPG for Xtream Editor

Question

Looking for advice on xtream EPG: I have 5 API lines from 5 providers to where for each of them I input their specific EPG url. Then I create a merged list that consists of all 5 providers. Do I use the xtream editor's EPG url (from that merged list) in my IPTV app? If so, why is the EPG so hit and miss in my IPTV app (Tivimate, GSE)? Am I doing something wrong or is there a better way for EPG info from a merged list?

I;m not sure of the answer but what i do is not merge the lists. I assign epg to each group of each provider (or API line)in xtream. I have 3 provider urls from my xtream API lines.I put them in tivimate with xtreams epg url as the main epg url and my best providers epg url as the secondary (same provider for all 3 lists).Gets me like 97 percent epg.

So you are using your service provider’s EPG urls, not the XE EPG assignment tool? Why? Just assign all your EPG from XE specifically and it will be far more consistent.

Did you set up the epg entries for each of your channels? If not, you just get what the providers give you.
