Go into the settings on your device click on apps goto soplay and u will see delete cache and delete data.. do that re enter ur user and password.. try that

If u still cant get it going download the software called bluestacks! When u have that open you can install android apps!! So download soplay from the Google play store, and run it that way. That software is pretty cool . You can use ur PC as an android device.. I use it all the time for movie apps, instead of kodi. Like titanium apk, or cyberflix apk
