Some services only allow PP or CC. Also the only way they find out is if the service you're subbed to and gets busted. If they wanted to they could track IP and Mac addresses. So it's not just PAYMENT. GET REAL. This is propaganda bullshit. I'll believe it once they start going after SET TV users. Looks to be 160k of them. Good luck with that.

It's Nothing To Do With PayPal . They Are Tracking IPS of IPTV Server URL and Starting catching people .
My advice: do NOT use paypal or legit creditcard for ANY iptv service. It's easy to get bitcoin nowadays or if you really have to, use a prepaid cc. I would get $100 worth of bitcoin from coinbase couple times a year then transfer it to bitpay wallet & pay that way.
