I just recently got a Firestick and loving it for Iptv, but I can't get Alexia to work at all in perfect player or otherwise. Is there something obvious I'm missing or faulty product?

I paid about $30 below market value for it and it seems to be some type of grey import, I'm in Australia and it has a Chinese power adapter.
