I’ve recently purchased a 2019 Samsung Smart TV and heard about IPTV. I searched ‘IPTV’ in the store and downloaded ‘Net IPTV’ as it was the only app found in the search. It works fine but then I heard about ‘Emby’ and found that in the store, however I can’t seem to connect to a server. I wanted to know what media players people use? I want one with a really nice interface, something visually appealing to the eye which is something Net IPTV lacks.

Tvs are not really made for streaming iptv, yes they have the apps but its main job is to broadcast the picture through a different source, cable box, sky box. Firestick etc which does all the "work", better to invest in a iptv device because with the tv you'll get an iptv service and complain about the service when in fact it's your equipment
Unfortunately Samsung isn’t great for iptv apps. I’d recommend an external device such as a firestick (preferably with an Ethernet adapter) or a formula z or nvidia shield if your budget can stretch that far
I also have a Samsung and used NoraGo from the app store. It worked ok on the TV but I would recommend like others have, to get a Amazon Fire 4K. It's faster and more reliable than the TV and, you are able to try several different players until you find one you like.
You have a nice TV. I personally recommend spending the $40-50 more and get an Amazon 4K stick. A lot more app selections and will be a lot more powerful than the TV.
Emby is not an IPTV player. It is a media player, such as Plex. And you have to pay for it as well as have your own Emby server or connect to someone else's.
