Buy whichever is cheaper. They are the same box.
Dreamlink T3 comes with 2 remotes, one that has the keyboard on the back. This is like a $30 remote that might be a deal breaker.
Save up and buy an Nvidia Shield. It's far better than Dreamlink which I used to have and wasn't very happy with.
Go with which one is either cheaper. I'll tell you this though I'd rather have a Shield with TIVIMate for the price. I have both boxes and both are very good. With the Shield you can do a little more.
