Tivimate hands down.
Most of them have their own .apk that you can side load on the shield. Before you purchase one, take a look at the iPtv website to view the installation instructions.

iview HD, I recommend you to use iView HD IPTV, which provides three days of free trial, download and install APK to the website, and then enter the code to use. This service is stable and buffer-free.

Have our own official APK you can use on your shield. You just need to navigate, no need for anything other than the shield remote
Smarters
A lot of providers have branded apks that all you need to do is enter the username and password. I resell Beast and Crystal and both have branded apps, such as perfect player and iptv smarters.
I personally recommend tivimate app and loading the m3u URLs into there. It's $5 per year for the app, but well worth it.

Tivimate works great on shield too, doesn't require the colored remote buttons for proper operation.
