I have a monthly subscription of Express IPTV. I use the smart-stb app on my Samsung tv to use the service. Express was down day before yesterday for some reason. When I tried it yesterday, smart-stb went into demo mode coz of some payment issue.
I paid the money yesterday and smart-stb was up again but the express link has disappeared s
I have got a link ‘ http://live.new4k.tv’ on now but it’s asking for some login & password...! My provider seems confused as well.

Did your Mac Address change?
I had this happen to me once with Smart-STB, the morons changed my MAC Address without telling me and said nothing was wrong when I emailed support. Douche bags! So check your MAC make sure the MAC address is the same one you gave to the person who sold you the service, if they changed provide the reseller with the new MAC.
