Only way I've done it is through setting up a plex server and streaming through the plex app on ps4 (plex pass required). So it's possible, but a pain if that's all you use it for. Not sure of other methods though.

Some IPTV services offer a web player. I have Nitro TV and I'm able to watch it using the browser on the PS4?
