Just been playing with a couple of my iptv services and noticed they host the same 24/7 channels. Just wondered if anyone knew how it worked? Are they all coming from the same source? Im guessing they are bulk bought by resellers/services.

no there are a few different sources for 24/7 chans, not all services use same provider.
