Pretty much any of them. Also keep in mind that ESPN+ is only $5/mo and it’s totally worth getting it legit to have consistent high quality on non-Ppv fights.
I use Beast TV, works fine
Beast, Nitro and Secret Service all have UFC.
You could also buy UFC pass accounts over at r/redditbay

Primestreams all day for PPV's. I don't mess with anything else. No need to with Prime.
My two go too's are GuerrillaTV, and Helix IPTV.
I use helix, works well for f1 and i've watched some UFC on it previously.
I'd recommend checking out their channel list or maybe giving their $1 trial a go.
