What's wrong with STBemu

There was one along time ago iptvplayer or something like that never had another development though but stb emu was nicer in all honesty

STBEMU doesn't seem to play nicely with Chinese Android Boxes, plus I had to have to frequently toggle between players whenever I changed channel, frantically trying to find one which would play the stream before the program began! and even then Ijk, EVO, and even VLC didn't seem to make any difference in my case and always resulted in the box eventually freezing up and a reboot either when changing channel or at some point whilst watching something. I actually got to the point where I was pissing around with the box and apps and scrolling through each player in turn more than I was actually watching TV!.

I Bought an android box along with STBEMU as a logical choice to replace a MAG when Infomir started blocking service providers, but having lost all patience with STBEMU i'm now i'm in the process of trying out a Dreamlink Dlite which should give an interface similar to the MAG along with a MAC address.

Maybe my original issue was just a bad choice of box, but I had similar issues on my phone too.

Either way a few months ago, I was in the same situation as you and I couldn't find anything else which was MAC based or had a decent MAG-like interface, and it seems the luck of the draw whether you box will work flawlessly with STBEMU or not, at least given my own experience and the mixed reviews on Play Store

I got an APK for BuzzTV from someone. Said it that was sourced from Aptoide. It works on my FireTV but not on my android TV. The fonts are too big which makes everything get cut off on the EPG. Also the firestick doesn't recognize that the app is running and keep going into sleep mode. Anyone know how to fix this?
