Never used iptv but looking to get into it. I have an Xbox one that use as my media center currently. Don't have a smart TV. Is there any way to get iptv on the Xbox? Also which service does everyone recommend preferably direct sale the service not resells.

There are broadly2 categories of IPTV services. M3u playlist based and the other is using Stalker middleware which uses MAC for login. Xbox has many apps available in marketplace which can handle m3u based iptvs. For Stalker based, you are mostly limited to run it through a Kodi plugin.
There is at least one app on the Microsoft store for IPTV.
Download it and get a few trials from /r/iptvresellers and see what works for you.
