IPTV discussed in this sub-reddit is primarily for live tv. why would there be a an "already watched" feature in a live tv app?
I haven't checked, but perhaps look into an app called Trakt? It did exactly what you're describing for Kodi based streaming services. When I was using it, it worked well but I haven't thought about it with IPTV. Worth a shot.
You could look at an Emby or Plex share
