Nothing that will have all those at 50 and 60 FPS. everything will be random quality. is just the way it is.
This service is a bit more expensive than others but you can get a 3 day trial for free on tvx1 to see if it suits your needs. I usually watch BT and Eurosport but didn't notice any particular problems with other sports channels.
My only issue is their limitation to 2 devices while I have 2 TVs, a tab and a phone.
Unfortunately most will either specialise in one of US or UK, chances are you will need multiple services.
Pretty sure Helix doesn't cover all these channels at 60 fps. Not that I'm complaining though since I mostly watch financial/business news unless it's the NBA playoffs.
I get all of this through jdhosting (beams reseller), and a lot of channels are 50/60 fps (not all, but can confirm at least bein and btsport)
Am using iptv007 , all channels are with CDN that means during major games they do not get blocked , also Bein sport and Beout sports are there .
for me it works good , you need to check from your side because it depends on your connection, location, device, app ext..
