I am relatively new to this IPTV game. I am wondering if there is a way to only purchase the video club feature for IPTV. I do not need access to the channels - just would like to have shows available to watch at any time.

You need a VOD service, like a plex server. I have a service like this. I'll PM you.
You really do not need to pay for anything. What device are you using?
Use Plex. Check out /r/plexshares - there are free and paid for options.
Mate its simple , you can do the same as i did .
I purchased a SUB from iptv007 , i asked them to remove all live channels and kept on VOD . you pay less for iptv service so do this with iptv007 or any other sub , tell them to remove UN-wanted channels
