I'm currently looking for an IPTV Provider that is based in Europe (i'm located in germany) and lots of SD channels (Cause my internet has issues with HD streams).
As for the channel selection: GER, UK and US are enough. MTV Classic/VH1 Classic would be a big plus.
Hope you guys have some good providers you could point me to :)

How slow is your connection? What device are you using? WiFi or hardwired?
Same issue with my setup....only have a meager 4 meg line so I HAVE to have SD channels, no HD...the buffering drives me insane! 😩
Check your dm
You shouldn't have a problem with 25mbps I used to have 5mbps & 720p played fine I'd look more at the provider
My current SUB is in Europe and they offer both HD and SD

My current second provider does have big list of German, UK and US channels. Even when I'm on wifi in different country with 8mbps, all the channels are working great. My sub is from yeahiptv, you should check them.
